Play The Planet Global LLC is committed to providing quality products and services. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for each client, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Custom Apparel & Promotional Products

Custom apparel, branded merchandise, promotional products, and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by Play The Planet Global LLC.

Damaged, Defective, and Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
